Clarification Provided: The attachment didn't get uploaded because its size was greater than 20 megabytes, and the SendGrid API through which we send email expects the whole email (including body, headers, and attachments) size to be less than 20 megabytes.
Explanation: Any attachment would first need to be checked for the size. Individual attachments can have a maximum limit of 20MB only.
Work Around: The API’s sent can be uploaded on a document onto “Kap-Drive” and the link can be shared with the client.
