Request:
The client has reached out to us with a request to reset the password for the mentioned users.
Verification/checklist:
- We must ensure that the request has been raised from the registered company domain.
- Ask for approval from the reporting manager on the email to reset the credentials/Reply CCing the Reporting Manager/ A confirmation email can be sent before making changes to the account.
- Password format must be Alphanumeric.
For Password reset for WIPRO follow the below steps:
- Verify if the mail has come from one of the looped individuals – Mail from no one else should be considered for the password reset.
All reset requests need to be addressed by helpdesk only after receiving an email from the below employees:
Procedure:
Agents must log in to their account > employee > employee search > select edit employee> check the password change option and enter the credentials based on the client request.

- Click on the “Click Here” option under forgot password on the login page.
- Enter the username and click on submit
- An email with the password reset link will be sent to the registered email address.
Action:
- Complete the Verification.
- Proceed with the mentioned procedure to reset the credentials.
- Respond to the Client using the mentioned resolution template.
For Password reset requests by Wipro:
Reset the password and confirm the same over the phone. The new password should not be mentioned over email.
All Password requests need to be logged to the tracker mentioned below.
