Creation of designation.

Request: The client has reached out to us with a request to create a new designation.

Verification/checklist:

  • We must ensure that the request has been raised from the registered company domain.
  • Verify if all the information is provided to create the designation, including privileges to be provided, etc.

Procedure:

Agent must log in to the account > Employee > Designation> Select “Add New” from the dropdown> Add the name of the designation>select the privileges as per client requirements.




Example: Privileges to be added for an executive or a Team leader for Sales module and Service module: Privileges to be added for designations

Note: Privileges are to be added based on the client’s requirement.

Action:

  • Complete the Verification.
  • Follow the mentioned procedure.
  • Double-check the mentioned details before making changes.
  • Respond to the client using the resolution template below and add relevant sentences based on the resolution provided.
  • SuperUser option to be selected only for the Admin as it gives access to all the privileges to the user.
