Request to change the date format in the ticket report.

Request: The client has requested to change the date format in the ticket report.


Checklist: 

  • We must ensure that the client has mentioned the report type for which the date format has to be changed.

Note: If the report type mentioned is "Default", we will not be able to make any changes to it.


Procedure:

  • In order to change the date format in the ticket report, we must click on Configuration>Report template.
  • We must then select the Report Type from the dropdown as shown below:
  • After selecting the report type, we will be able to change the date format from the bottom of the page as shown below:

  • We can click on "Add template" once the date format has been selected.


Action:

  • Follow the mentioned procedure based on the request
  • If the changes do not reflect, we can ask the client to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • If the issue persists, we can raise this on JIRA | Team P.
