Unable to log in to the Kapture Application on the Ozonetel page.

Request: The client has reached out to us with their concern regarding an issue with logging in to the Kapture application on the Ozonetel page.

Verification/checklist

  • We must check if the SSO URL is updated on the cloud vendor page.
  • The employee code updated in the Ozonetel must be the same updated in Kapture as well.
  • We can check this by gathering the employee code from the client and checking the same from our end. 


Steps to check for the employee code:

We can check the employee code by going to the Employee tab> Employee Search>Search with the gathered employee code.




Action:
  • Complete the Verification.
  • Follow the mentioned procedure based on the request.
  • If the issue persists after following the validation process and mentioned procedures the issue must be raised on JIRA || Team R
