Request: The client has reached out to us with a request to change the employee zone.
Verification/checklist:
- We must gather details such as the previously mapped zone, the current zone, and the customer and employee details.
- Check if the mentioned zone is already present in the system.
Procedure:
Case 1: Request to change the Employee zone.
- The employee zone can be changed from the employee profile page as shown below:
- Search for the mentioned employee using the Employee Search option on the client account.
- Click on the Employee Name after getting the search result:
Click on Edit Employee
- On the edit employee page, you can change the zone by selecting the relevant zone from the dropdown.
NOTE: Confirmation mail must be sent to the client before proceeding with the change in the zone.
Action:
- Complete the Verification.
