Request: The client has reached out to us with a request to remove the auto-response for the mentioned ID
Checklist:
- We must gather the email credential from which the Auto-response has to be removed.
Procedure:
- In order to remove the autoresponse for an email ID, we must go to Configuration>Email Credential
- On the Email credential page, we can search for the mentioned ID and select the same in order to update the email credential.
- Once we select the email credential, we can now go ahead and remove the auto-response by clicking on the "x" as shown below:
