Request: The client has requested to add email templates.
Checklist:
- We must ensure that the client provides the email body and the template name.
Procedure:
- In order to add email templates, we must click on the Add on tab>Email Template.
- On the Email Template page, we must add the Template Title and the Subject as provided by the client.
- We can also select the Folder, Type and visibility of the template.
- After adding the inputs in the required fields we can go ahead and add the email body for the template from the Email body section.
- Attachments can also be added to the template.
- In order to view all the templates added, we can scroll down to the All Email Templates section.
- From the All Email Templates section, we can view, edit and delete the added email templates.
- We can also download the report of the added email templates by clicking on the download icon on the top right-hand side as shown in the image below:
Action:
- Follow the mentioned procedure.
- If you are facing any issue with the template creation the issue must be raised on JIRA || Team A (If the type selected is Lead, Member & Email Marketing).
- If you are facing any issue with the template creation the issue must be raised on JIRA || Team P (If the type selected is Task).
