Request: The client has reached out to us with a request to whitelist the IP address.

Verification/checklist

We must check if the IP address is shared by the client, if not shared we must request the IP address.

We must check if the IP address provided is a Public IP or a Private IP address by going to Instant IP Address Lookup

If the IP address shared is a Private IP address, we must request the client to share the Public IP address.

Procedure to whitelist IP address:

Agent must forward the request for whitelisting the IP address to their respective Team managers along with the Public IP address.
