Request:


The client has reached out to us with a request to delete the mentioned customers.


Verification/Checklist


  • We must ensure that the request has been raised from the registered company domain.
  • Check if the client has shared the customer name/customer ID/Order ID and Enquiry ID based on the deletion request.
  • Ensure that the request has been raised by the authorized person/decision-maker or POC.

CASE 1:

Data received with the details such as customer ID/Order ID and Enquiry ID.


Procedure:


  • Agent must forward the request for deletion of the customers/enquiries/orders to their respective Team managers along with the customer name/customer ID/Order ID and Enquiry ID and the ticket number of the ticket that the client has raised with a request for deletion of the customer.

CASE 2:


  • When the data is not shared by the client and the request states to delete the customer/order/enquiry, we must share the data with the client and ask for confirmation before proceeding with the deletion.

Procedure:


  • Once we receive the confirmation the agent must forward the request for deletion of the customers/enquiries/orders to their respective Team managers along with the customer name/customer ID/Order ID and Enquiry ID and the ticket number of the ticket that the client has raised with a request for deletion of the customer.

Action:

  • Complete the Verification.
  • Follow the mentioned procedure based on the request.
