Request: The client has reached out to us with a request to set an autoresponder.
Checklist:
- We must ensure that the email subject and the email body is shared by the client in order to set up an auto-responder.
- We must go ahead and gather the required information if not already shared by the client.
Procedure:
- In order to set up an auto-responder, we must go ahead and create the Email Template and add the required content in the Email Body.
- To create an Email template please follow the steps shown below:
Add ons > Email Template
- From the Add Template page, we can add the Template Title, Subject, select the type and add the email body.
- We must select the type as "TASK" while adding a template for setting up an auto-responder.
- Once the required information is added we can go ahead and add this template by clicking on "ADD" on the bottom right of the page.
- As the template has now been added, we can go ahead and configure the template to the mentioned email address from the Email Credential page.
- From the email credential page we can go ahead and select the Email credential to be configured as shown below:
- Once the Email credential is selected we can configure it from the same page.
- We must go ahead and select the Auto response template and click on the template which we had created for the same as shown below:
- Once we have selected the relevant Auto response template, we can go ahead and click on "Update".
Action:
- Follow the mentioned procedure.
