Request: The client has reached out to us with a request to enable access to the ticket report and the ticket uploader.

Verification/checklist

  • We must ensure that the request has been raised from a registered domain.
  • We must gather the employee details such as the employee's name and the designation of the employee.

Procedure:

  • In order to enable access to the ticket report or ticket uploader, we can follow the steps mentioned below:

    Employee>designation>Update designation>add relevant access

  • Select the designation mentioned by the client.

  • Select the relevant privileges from the list of privileges and click on update designation.


Action:
  • Complete the Verification.
  • Follow the mentioned procedure based on the request.
