Request: The client has reached out to us as they are unable to add a customer using the mobile application.
Verification/checklist
- We must check if all the mandatory fields have been filled in order to add a customer in the mobile application.
- Check if the Mobile application is updated to the latest version.
In order to check for the latest update please visit the Google Playstore or the App store based on the device used by the customer.
The current version of the app can be seen on the top right in the IOS App and on the left in the Android App.
- Check if the agent is trying to use any special characters while adding the customer.
- We must ensure that the data has been pushed using the “Push data” option.
- We must check if the agent has selected the zone while adding the customer.
Action:
- Complete the Verification.
- Follow the mentioned procedure based on the request.
- If the issue persists after following the validation process and mentioned procedures the issue must be raised on JIRA || Team M
