Request: The customer has requested to add Email credits.

Verification/checklist:

• We must go ahead and confirm the number of credits to be added.

Note: The cost of one email credit is ₹10 Paise

Procedure:

• Once we gather the number of email credits to be added we can go ahead and inform the Shift Manager to add the same by providing the relevant ticket number.
