Issue: The customer has informed that the store code is not mapped.
Verification/Checklist:
- We must check if the store was created or not. If yes, we must check if the store has been mapped to the proper folders.
Procedure (When the store is not created):
- If we see that the store is not created, we must go ahead and gather the store details (STORE CODE_STORE NAME) from the customer.
- Once we have the required store details we can go ahead and create the store from the Employee page following the Employee creation procedure.
- Please make sure to follow the format for the Store Name: STORE CODE_STORE NAME
For example, The customer has provided the store details as U234_TEST.
Here U234_TEST is the Store name and U234 is the Store Code.
- Hence we will input the store name under the Employee Name field and the Store code under the employee code as shown in the image below:
- While creating a store please make sure that the Username and Password set has to be the provided Store Code:
Action:
- Complete the Verification.
- Follow the mentioned procedure based on the request.
- If the issue persists after following the validation process and mentioned procedures the issue must be raised on JIRA || Team P
